LSC Selling Skills Programme
Second Opinion Marketing developed a bespoke Selling Skills Training programme for Learning and Skills Councils and their contracted providers.
The training programme normally takes place over 4 full-day workshops. The workshops are led by very experienced sales trainers who have a number of years experience working with Learning and Skills Councils and their providers.
Workshops are very hands-on and encourage all delegates to try out new ideas, techniques and skills in the safe environment of the training room before testing them out for real. There’s a strong element of coaching and follow-up, including a one-to-one coaching call 6 weeks after the end of the training programme to establish whether the training has been effective in increasing employer engagement.
