What’s involved?

Following an initial face to face meeting (subject to client location), in which we explore your requirements from coaching; we will agree a programme designed for your needs.  Our programmes normally take the form of monthly telephone or face to face coaching sessions over a period of 3 - 6 months.  Sessions last between 1 and 2 hours and each one is focused on actions and outcomes.

In between sessions you will be contacted by your coach (normally by email) to check on progress or provide pointers on how to overcome obstacles.  Telephone support is also provided.  Your coach becomes a trusted sounding board for the issues you face in your business.

How much does it cost?
This does depend on whether coaching sessions are telephone or face to face.  In all cases you will have a programme of coaching support, in the form of telephone or face to face coaching on a monthly basis from an experience business and executive coach.
